We have to earn your satisfaction in order to remain a Trane "Comfort
Specialist".

become a Trane "Comfort Specialist" we must be conscientious,
courteous and friendly, prompt, understanding and knowledgeable. We
must have sales staff and trained technicians that will keep your home
neat and clean as well as be thorough and completely explain operations,
maintenance, warranties and answer all your questions to your ultimate
satisfaction.
As
a Trane "Comfort Specialist", our customers are subject to
a satisfaction survey to rate our Company. When you resubmit this survey
to Trane's "Comfort Specialist" Program, we are scored on
how satisfied you are with your experience with our Company and our
Representatives.
We
must maintain a 95% or above average of satisfied customers who would
recommend us to other customers in order to be able to earn the right
to remain a Trane "Comfort Specialist".
